Tennyson Inlet Boat Club

The Tennyson Inlet Boat Club was formed in 1958 and now boasts nearly 200 members plus their families.

The Club owns and maintains launching ramps, swimming platforms and jetties in Duncan Bay and Penzance Bay.

The Tennyson Inlet Boat Club is run by a small committee of local people.
If you use the wharfs and launching facilities in Tennyson Inlet, you may choose to join as a member.

Explore Tennyson Inlet

Tennyson Inlet is located in the western arm of Pelorus Sound / Te Hoiere in the Marlborough Sounds, from Duncan Bay to Tawhitinui Reach. This area is about 10 kilometres long. Tarakaipā and Tawhitinui Islands are the two largest islands in the inlet.

Tennyson Inlet Boat Club owns and maintains facilities in Duncan Bay and Penzance Bay. Enjoy using our launching ramps, swimming platforms and jetties.
